MSB Matrix Data Center | Hopkins County, TX

MSB Global Services said in June 2025 that it broke ground on the Matrix Data Center Campus in Sulphur Springs, a public-private partnership with the City of Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County. MSB said the site is 390 acres, that Phase I will feature eight high-capacity buildings delivering a combined 800 MW of critical IT load, that construction began in February 2025 with Trinity Road and utility work, and that the first 100 MW building — on a Bloom Energy fuel-cell microgrid — was scheduled for delivery in March 2026 with a new 100 MW facility to follow every month thereafter.
