Capacity 100 MW reported. Status planned. City Plano. County Collin. State TX. Grid ERCOT.

Overview

Skybox Datacenters lists Atlantic Station as a 64-acre industrial and data-center campus in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro with an on-site privately owned substation and up to 100 MW of power availability, in partnership with Prologis, and up to one million square feet of mission-critical space. Skybox says data-center use is allowed by right, that Oncor’s territory gives access to 100 percent renewable programs, that densities from 250 to 1,000 W per square foot and immersion and liquid-to-chip cooling are available, and that build-to-suit options run 12 to 24 months. Prologis markets Atlantic Station Phase 2 as mission-critical capacity on the same Plano park. Data Center Dynamics reported Skybox offering a 100 MW build-to-suit campus on the former NTT site at 2300 West Plano Parkway in Plano. The public map lists one planned Atlantic Station hall at 100 MW, matching Skybox’s power-availability figure. Aligned DFW-04 North Star Road is Aligned’s 44-acre Plano hall at 601 North Star Road; Stack DFW01C is STACK’s planned DFW01 expansion pin in Plano; Plano DFW8 is the operating Collin map record. Stream DFW VIII-X is the live Dallas Stream campus.

The public map lists one map record, Atlantic Station, 100 MW, planned. Reported campus capacity is 100 MW.
