Overview

Crusoe Abilene is a planned data-center campus in Abilene, Taylor County, Texas. It sits immediately south of Stargate Abilene, in ERCOT.

The campus has two buildings. Crusoe Abilene Building 9 (Microsoft) is listed at 450 MW, planned, at 32.49154, −99.78622. Crusoe Abilene Building 10 (Microsoft) is listed at 450 MW, planned, at 32.49339, −99.77896. Reported campus capacity is 900 MW. Both buildings are planned.

Building 9 is about four-tenths of a mile west of Building 10. Both pins sit about a mile south of Stargate Buildings 1 and 2, which are operating. Building numbers continue from Stargate’s Buildings 1 through 8, immediately north.

Stargate Abilene has eight buildings at 150 MW each. Buildings 1 and 2 are operating. Buildings 3 through 8 are planned. Stargate’s reported campus capacity is 1,200 MW.

Abilene is the seat of Taylor County, in west-central Texas along Interstate 20. The Crusoe and Stargate buildings form a ten-building cluster south of the city.
