PowerHouse Irving Data Center | Dallas County, TX

PowerHouse Data Centers and Harrison Street announced on 15 May 2024 that they had closed on 50 acres at 111 Customer Way in Irving-Las Colinas for PowerHouse Irving, a nearly one-million-square-foot campus delivering 200 MW when completed. The release described three powered-shell halls totaling more than 946,000 square feet at 67 MW per building, immediate access to permanent power from an adjacent Oncor substation, construction scheduled to begin in early 2025, and first powered-shell delivery by late 2025. Irving Mayor Rick Stopfer welcomed the project; PowerHouse CEO Doug Fleit cited Irving-Las Colinas as a connectivity hub inside the Dallas market. American Real Estate Partners lists PowerHouse Irving at 111 Customer Way, Irving, Texas: 50 acres, 946,200 square feet of developable area, up to three buildings, 201 MW of utility power, and first powered-shell delivery in the first quarter of 2026. Data Center Dynamics reported on 30 March 2026 that PowerHouse had topped out the first Irving building, crediting Brasfield & Gorrie for construction, and restated the campus as up to 201 MW across three two-story buildings totaling about 900,000 square feet at 111 Customer Way, first announced in 2024 with Harrison Street.
