QTS’s Irving 1 campus page lists a 56-acre master-planned campus with 165 MW-plus of critical capacity and six facilities, with DC1 and DC2 at 6431 Longhorn Drive, DC3 at 6351 Longhorn Drive, DC4 at 6311 Longhorn Drive, DC5 at 6300 Longhorn Drive, and DC6 at 6440 Longhorn Drive, Irving, Texas 75063. QTS describes a redundant campus fiber conduit system, LEED Gold certification, and renewable-sourced power, and points to Fort Worth, San Antonio, and South Dallas as its other Texas campuses. Data Center Dynamics reported on 29 March 2024 that QTS filed with TDLR for QTS DFW1-DC6 at 6300 Longhorn Drive in Irving: a two-story 210,755-square-foot partially built-out core and shell, $152 million, August 2024 to November 2025, HDR Architecture as design firm. DCD said the existing Irving facility at 6431 Longhorn Drive then offered 147 MW, with DC1 and DC2 spanning 700,000 square feet and 75.2 MW and DC3 spanning 415,900 square feet and 43 MW, and that QTS had re-filed DC5 as a $180 million, 264,000-square-foot hall. DCD later reported Irving City Council approved a 50 percent property-tax abatement for QTS’s three previously filed Irving projects, requiring occupancy of at least 500,000 square feet by 2028 and about $350 million invested by January 2029, covering DC3 on the 55-acre campus plus DC5 and DC6 at 6300 Longhorn Drive. PowerHouse Irving is the Customer Way campus in Irving; Stream DFW VIII-X is the live Dallas Stream campus.
