Crow Holdings / CleanArc Dallas Data Center | Dallas County, TX

Crow Holdings announced on 20 January 2026 a 245 MW turnkey data-center campus on an urban infill site in central Dallas, with an initial 70 MW building expected in late 2027 developed together with CleanArc Data Centers on a currently vacant lot. Crow said the campus occupies about 40 acres along the Stemmons Corridor, near the Infomart at 1950 Stemmons Freeway and the interconnection hub at 2323 Bryan Street, and is planned for up to 245 MW with a dedicated on-site substation. Design work for the first hall is underway, with long-lead equipment procurement and substation planning in process. CleanArc announced on 9 February 2026 that it is master-planning the multi-building campus and leading development and leasing of Phase I, the 70 MW building slated for late 2027, and is coordinating the on-site substation. Data Center Dynamics reported the same 245 MW, 40-acre Stemmons Corridor partnership on 21 January 2026, placing CleanArc’s Texas expansion next to Crow’s $34 billion real-estate platform and a national pipeline Crow described as more than 3 GW under evaluation. The Dallas Morning News reported on 6 August 2026 that the 40-acre campus includes Market Hall parcels along North Stemmons Freeway and Market Center Boulevard, that city staff said data centers are generally classified as communications exchange facilities allowed in most mixed-use districts, that Crow held a predevelopment meeting for a communications exchange facility in October 2024, and that plans for Crow Market Hall — DC Phase I describe a five-story first building on a vacant parcel near 2300 N. Stemmons.
