PowerCampus Dallas Building 1 Data Center | Dallas County, TX

Data Center Dynamics reported that Skybox Datacenters had started work on the first building of its PowerCampus Dallas site. DCD said the 270,900-square-foot facility was estimated at about $85 million in state planning documents, with delivery anticipated in early 2026, and that PowerCampus Dallas would total 300 MW and 1 million square feet across 115 acres in the Lancaster area of Dallas. Bandera Ventures acquired the site at South Dallas Avenue and Old [Red Oak](/data-centers/texas/ellis/red-oak) Road, east of Interstate 35E, in April 2023. Dallas Innovates reported the same campus in Lancaster as a partnership of Skybox Datacenters, Bandera Ventures, and Principal Asset Management, up to 300 MW with a private on-site substation and up to 1 million square feet, quoting Skybox CEO Rob Morris on PowerCampus Dallas.
