The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation TABS project TABS2026001234 registers VANTAGE DATA CENTER (TX12) at 17420 Omicron Dr, San Antonio, as a two-story building with up to 96 MW of critical IT capacity on the TX1 campus. A related TDLR tenant-fit-out filing, TABS2026012091, describes TX12 tenant build-out of 96 MW of data modules at the same Omicron Drive address. Data Center Dynamics reported the TX12 filing at Omicron Drive and prior TX11 work at the same San Antonio campus, Vantage's second San Antonio hall on that campus. Omicron Drive sits in Texas Research Park on San Antonio's west side, the same park that maps CloudHQ SAT land at Omicron and Lambda and Microsoft SAT halls. Stream San Antonio III-VII is Stream's operating Military Drive campus in Bexar County: Stream's newsroom put a 135-acre, five-building campus at West Military Drive and Loop 1604 with an on-site 334 MW CPS Energy substation and a $400 million San Antonio III location page.
