Rowan Digital Infrastructure's Cinco portfolio page describes a 300 MW campus on 440 acres, Rowan's first hyperscale Texas development, with public engagement in March, groundbreaking in September, construction financing in December, and 2027 completion. Rowan announced on 7 August 2025 that construction was beginning on the 300 MW Cinco campus outside San Antonio, tailored to a Top 5 US technology company, at least $900 million in Medina County, 440 acres, full operation expected in 2027, about 600 construction jobs and more than 40 permanent jobs, after unanimous Lytle City Council and Medina County Commissioners Court approval.
