Aligned DFW03 Mansfield Data Center | Tarrant County, TX

Aligned Data Centers announced on 19 February 2025 that it is expanding its DFW footprint with DFW-03 in Mansfield on a 27-acre site with an on-site substation, initial capacity as early as Q4 2025, adaptive modular infrastructure, and air and liquid cooling up to 350 kW per rack. City of Mansfield Mayor Michael Evans is quoted on a Roots for the Future Fund partnership. Data Center Dynamics reported the same Mansfield expansion and that Aligned filed for DFW03 with TDLR in May 2024: 3801 Britton Road, Tarrant County, 429,600 square feet, two-story, construction June 2024 to January 2027.
