TDLR TABS2024010121 registers QTS FTW1 DC2 at 14100 Park Vista Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76177, Tarrant County, as a new two-story, 42 megawatt data center addition on an existing campus, 471,876 square feet, $220 million, start 1 March 2024, completion 1 April 2026, owner QTS Fort Worth I DC2 LLC, status inspection complete. Data Center Dynamics reported that FTW DC2 is the 471,875-square-foot, $220 million facility QTS filed and re-filed to construct in April 2022 and January 2024, with the later filing citing higher projected costs and a longer construction timeline, at the same Park Vista Boulevard address as FTW DC1, the hall QTS acquired in 2017 from Health Care Services Corporation. DCD reported on 24 June 2026 that QTS filed a third Fort Worth expansion, QTS FTW1 DC1 Expansion, a two-story 147,946-square-foot data center at $300 million, 1 July 2026 to 1 October 2027, still at 14100 Park Vista Boulevard.
