Stream San Antonio III-VII Data Center | Bexar County, TX

Stream Data Centers announced on 26 June 2024 that it had broken ground on a 135-acre hyperscale campus in San Antonio, planned for up to five buildings and 1.5 million square feet supporting 200 MW of IT capacity at full build, with the first 300,000-square-foot building scheduled for occupancy in the second quarter of 2025. The newsroom release places the campus at West Military Drive and Loop 1604 and says an on-site 334 MW CPS Energy substation will serve the site, describing five 40 MW buildings. Stream’s San Antonio III location page lists 11203 Military Drive W, San Antonio, Texas 78251, a $400 million investment, 200 MW at full build, and first facility SATB1 fully leased at 300,000 square feet with that same on-site 334 MW CPS substation. Data Center Dynamics reported on 28 June 2024 the same 135-acre, 200 MW, five-building campus at 11203 W Military Drive as Stream’s third San Antonio campus, with first 300,000-square-foot, 40 MW occupancy in Q2 2025.
