NTT DATA's Dallas TX4 page places the hall at 2060 Lookout Dr., Garland, TX 75044, and says from June 2026 the building will offer 36 MW of critical IT load and 127,000 square feet of IT space on a 124 MW campus, with liquid-cooling integration, power densities of 70 kW per rack or higher, N+1 distributed redundancy for each 6 MW vault, carrier-neutral connectivity with three diverse fiber entries and two meet-me rooms, and a closed-loop water cooling system plus fan-coil wall cooling with hot-aisle containment. NTT says TX4 is scheduled to be available in July 2026. TDLR TABS2024017291 registers NTT TX4 at 2008 Lookout Drive, Garland, TX 75044, Dallas County, as construction of a new 235,910-square-foot data center, $42 million, start 1 September 2024, completion 1 April 2026, owner NTT Global Data Centers America, Inc., design firm Corgan Associates, status review complete.
