Data Center Dynamics reported that Sharka LLC, the entity behind Google's Midlothian campus, filed with TDLR for Sharka Data Center - Building 4 at 3441 Railport Parkway, Midlothian, Ellis County, a $100 million, 170,600-square-foot single-story data center with construction set from April 2024 to December 2025. DCD identifies the address as Google's existing RailPort campus, developed under the Sharka name after Alamo Mission LLC bought 375 acres and later another 165 acres. TDLR project TABS2024013301 names Sharka Data Center - Building 4 at 3441 Railport Parkway, Midlothian, TX 76065: one-story data center with associated central utility buildings, 170,600 square feet, owner Sharka LLC, start 1 April 2024, completion 31 December 2025, later marked project closed. Data Center Dynamics later reported a fifth Sharka/Google building at the same 3441 Railport Parkway address: Sharka Data Center - Building 5, 288,000 square feet, estimated $880 million, construction beginning late January with completion 24 February 2027.
