Microsoft registered SAT11–14 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as project EABPRJB8824650 at 15000 Lambda Drive, San Antonio 78245, on August 24, 2018. The privately funded filing describes three single-story halls of about 225,000 square feet each, including about 14,000 square feet of support space per building, 675,000 square feet in all, estimated cost $62 million, start October 1, 2018, completion December 31, 2023, owner Microsoft, designer Corgan Associates. Data Center Dynamics has covered Microsoft’s continuing San Antonio filings and described the Texas Research Park campus at 15000 Lambda Drive, including completed SAT46 space of 79,385 square feet and a $1 billion plan for about one million square feet on 158 acres.
