Microsoft’s SAT15–17 cluster is at 3555 Westover Link in San Antonio. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project TABS2022026535 lists SAT15 Data Center as a 245,000-square-foot shell-and-finish-out with administrative space and five colo halls, owner Microsoft, estimated cost $215.9 million, start October 1, 2022, and completion May 1, 2026. Data Center Dynamics reported the SAT16 filing at the same address as another 245,000-square-foot, $215 million hall after SAT15 was filed there in August 2022, with work on SAT15 then aimed at the first quarter of 2024. TDLR project TABS2025001197 names SAT 17 at 3555 Westover Link, 245,000 square feet, estimated cost $215 million, start February 25, 2025, completion December 1, 2027, same shell-and-fit-out scope, owner address One Microsoft Way, Redmond. DCD placed the Westover Link campus less than two miles from a five-building SAT14 plan at 3545 Wiseman Boulevard totaling about 350,000 square feet and more than $200 million. The same filing story noted Microsoft plans for SAT80 and SAT81 at 18844 FM 1957 and a U.S. Gov Texas Azure region opened in 2017 after the 2008 South Central U.S. Azure region.
