Capacity 70 MW reported. Status planned. City Cotulla. County La Salle. State TX. Grid ERCOT.

Overview

Cipher Mining’s Q3 2024 investor exhibit names Reveille in Cotulla, Texas, at 70 MW of initial approved capacity with potential to expand to 200 MW, and places the site in ERCOT load zone LZ_South. On the Q1 2026 earnings call, Cipher said Reveille has ERCOT interconnection approval for 70 gross megawatts, that substation work has started, and that energization is targeted for the third quarter of 2027. Cipher Digital’s infrastructure page lists Reveille at 70 MW with a 2027 Q3 energization timeline. The 4 August 2026 business update repeats ERCOT interconnection approved for 70 gross MW, substation development initiated, HPC hosting-lease discussions, and Q3 2027 target energization. Cotulla is the city on Cipher’s exhibit. Reveille is Cipher’s near-term South Texas interconnection pin, earlier than the 2028 McLennan and Mikeska 500 MW pipeline sites. Cipher’s infrastructure table lists Reveille under pipeline capacity at 70 MW with a 2027 Q3 energization date, matching the earnings-call interconnection figure. The Q2 2026 exhibit repeats 70 MW gross, substation work underway, and HPC hosting-lease discussions. Cotulla and ERCOT LZ_South come from the 2024 exhibit; the 200 MW expansion case remains a Cipher-stated potential, not a second mapped hall.

The public map lists one map record, Cipher Reveille, 70 MW, planned. Reported campus capacity is 70 MW.
