Eneus Energy’s RGV data-center page places the project in an initial planning and evaluation phase on a 1,785-acre site in Cameron County, Texas, with up to 2 GW of total power capacity and a current design for 16 typically sized data halls, proximity to nine metro fiber providers within ten miles, a planned 765 kV transmission line, and closed-cycle cooling planned to use locally sourced reclaimed wastewater. The page cites a Mangum Economics study dated 4 August 2025 for RGV Property Group projecting more than $14 billion of capital investment into Cameron County and about 1,000 jobs including 360 data-center positions through 2045. Data Center Dynamics reported on 5 February 2026 that UK-based Eneus is looking to develop a 2 GW campus spanning 16 data halls across 1,785 acres, supplied by a planned 765 kV line, and that RGV Property Group signed an option in July 2025 covering about 1,775 acres near Valley International Airport.
