STACK Infrastructure’s PHX02C hall is a planned building on the same 51-acre central Phoenix campus as PHX02B, STACK’s five-hall park near 40th Street and Loop 202 in Maricopa County, Arizona. STACK’s PHX02 page describes nearly 250 MW of critical capacity and a dedicated on-site substation for large-scale cloud and AI loads. The 2022 Phoenix Business Journal land story put the assemblage at $78.5 million for 51 acres from Sunbelt Land Holdings and a five-building, 234 MW, 1.7-million-square-foot program. STACK’s brochure assigns Building 3 and Building 4 60 MW each inside a 246 MW, 1.78-million-square-foot master plan served by a 350 MW Arizona Public Service substation, with Building 1 and Building 2 at 48 MW, Building 5 at 30 MW, N+1 block-redundant generators and UPS, and a 24-hour fuel minimum. STACK’s Phoenix market page also lists a separate 225 MW PHX01 campus in Avondale on 155 acres of Phoenix holdings totaling 500 MW across two campuses. Maricopa siblings are Stack PHX02B and QTS Phoenix II DC3, QTS’s operating hall on the adjoining 40th Street campus. The public map lists PHX02C as a planned 65 MW hall.
