Aligned Phoenix PHX-07 Data Center | Glendale, AZ

Aligned Data Centers is building a 100-acre Glendale campus on former rose-farm land along North Reems Road in western Maricopa County. The City of Glendale announced an April 2025 groundbreaking for PHX-13 as one of four planned facilities on that campus, with a new 230 kV Arizona Public Service transmission line. Glendale described PHX-13 as a 72 MW hall using Aligned’s Delta³ air cooling and a closed-loop water system, and said converting the rose farm cut annual water use by more than 73 percent. Data Center Dynamics reported the same PHX-13 groundbreaking and placed PHX-07 at 8785 North Reems Road, due to go live later that year, with PHX-12 and PHX-14 also planned on the tract. DCD cited a Cushman and Wakefield note that Aligned acquired 100 acres at 8785 North Reems Road in Waddell in December 2024 for $86.5 million from LXP Industrial Trust.
