EdgeCore Mesa Data Center | Mesa, AZ

EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure operates a hyperscale campus in Mesa, Arizona, in the Elliot Road Technology Corridor east of Phoenix. EdgeCore’s Phoenix locations page describes a high-density Mesa campus with more than 2.7 million square feet and the capability to support 496 MW of critical IT load across five data centers, using closed-loop air-cooled systems and a LEED-designed campus that has earned Green Globes certification. The same page lists the Mesa campus on 84 acres and says it earned Designed to Earn ENERGY STAR recognition. Data Center Dynamics reported a 2025 expansion that added about 44 acres to the existing 40-acre facility and lifted campus capacity from more than 200 MW to more than 450 MW, with Salt River Project supplying power. DCD noted EdgeCore broke ground on the first Mesa hall, known as PHO1, in 2018 and later acquired additional Mesa land from Meta. The public map lists the PH03 building as operating. The Elliot Road Technology Corridor concentrates Apple, Google, Meta, and other data-center operators between Signal Butte and Hawes roads. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus sit immediately south of that corridor.
