EdgeConneX PHX11 Data Center | Mesa, AZ

EdgeConneX is developing PHX11 as a hyperscale campus in Mesa, Arizona, in the Elliot Road Technology Corridor. Data Center Dynamics reported 2023 filings for a multi-phase campus near Elliot Road and Loop 202: three buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet plus an on-site substation on about 93 acres. DCD said EdgeConneX has owned that land since 2017 through Loop 202 & Elliot Road LLC, and that a 2018 report described an earlier 30 MW two-hall plan. The Phoenix Business Journal described the same three data-hall buildings and substation within Mesa’s Elliot Road Technology Corridor. An EdgeConneX Phoenix fact sheet circulating with those filings listed PHX11 as planned for 115.2 MW at 8604 East Elliot Road. EdgeConneX already operates PHX01 in Tempe and described the Mesa campus as aimed at the largest hyperscale users. DCD noted PHX01 at 3011 South 52nd Street in Tempe as the company’s existing Phoenix hall, offering up to 6.5 MW. DCD said EdgeConneX has held the Elliot Road land since 2017 through Loop 202 & Elliot Road LLC, after an earlier 30 MW two-hall plan, and listed PHX11 at 8604 East Elliot Road for 115.2 MW aimed at hyperscale users, with PHX01 still operating in Tempe at up to 6.5 MW.
