Overview

STACK Infrastructure’s PHX02 campus is a five-building hyperscale park on 51 acres in central Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, near 40th Street and Loop 202 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. STACK’s PHX02 page lists nearly 250 MW of critical capacity, a dedicated on-site substation, and five buildings. The company’s Phoenix market page puts PHX02 at 250 MW in central Phoenix beside a 225 MW PHX01 campus in Avondale. The Phoenix Business Journal, via Rose Law Group Reporter, reported STACK buying the 51 acres from Sunbelt Land Holdings LP in late October 2022 for $78.5 million and planning more than 1.7 million square feet and 234 MW. STACK’s PHX02 brochure lists 246 MW across five master-planned buildings, 1.78 million square feet, a 350 MW Arizona Public Service substation, N+1 block-redundant generators and UPS, 100 percent renewable energy, and a 24-hour on-site fuel minimum. The brochure assigns Building 1 and Building 2 48 MW each and Buildings 3 and 4 60 MW each, with Building 5 at 30 MW. Maricopa siblings are Stack PHX02C on the same campus and QTS Phoenix II DC3 on the neighboring 40th Street QTS Phoenix 2 park. The public map lists PHX02B as a planned 65 MW hall.
