QTS Phoenix 2 is Blackstone-owned QTS’s 80-acre hyperscale campus on North 40th Street in central Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, next to Sky Harbor International Airport. QTS’s Phoenix 2 page lists 210 MW-plus of critical campus capacity, purpose-built Freedom-design halls, and five addresses: PHX2 DC1 and DC2 at 1200 and 1250 N. 40th Street, DC3 at 1400 N. 40th Street, DC4 at 1450 N. 40th Street, and DC5 at 1500 N. 40th Street.
