Overview
Stream lists a 280 MW Goodyear campus at 2950 S. Litchfield Road, a seven-building PHXA development the company also calls Phoenix I–VII. Stream’s location page lists 280 MW of critical capacity on 157 acres, a dedicated APS substation with 480 MW of ultimate power, and more than two million square feet of data-center space at full build. The first two buildings are actively serving tenants; the five remaining halls are being developed separately. Stream calls the campus the largest of its kind in this part of Arizona, with IEEE-confirmed 99.999 percent electrical-design reliability, 100 percent Stream-badged operations staff, and fiber from Cogent, Cox, Crown Castle, Lumen, Uniti, Windstream, and Zayo.
Data Center Dynamics reported on July 7, 2023 that Stream had filed to expand the Goodyear campus to two million square feet. The Goodyear Planning and Zoning Commission passed a request to rezone about 104 acres at Litchfield Road and Lower Buckeye Road to light industrial with a Planned Area Development overlay so roof-mounted air-cooled chillers could be screened. Application documents described site-plan approval for a multi-phased build of five more two-story buildings of about 400,000 square feet each. Stream had acquired a 518,000-square-foot vacant industrial building at 2950 S. Litchfield Road plus 104 undeveloped acres in 2019 for $42 million, per Vizzda as cited by DCD; the building had been First Solar storage. The site was rezoned from agricultural to light industrial in 2006. Stream launched the campus in 2020. At the time of that 2023 filing, Phoenix I offered 40 MW and the full campus was described as 200 MW.
DCD reported on August 21, 2024 that Stream had topped out PHX II, the second of seven planned facilities on the 157-acre campus, with operations expected in 2025. That story restated the 280 MW full-build critical load across more than two million square feet and put Phoenix I at 40 MW of IT capacity across 418,000 square feet. Stream is part of Stream Realty Partners, founded in 1999. Microsoft owns land directly west that is zoned for data centers. West of Phoenix, Hassayampa Ranch is a separate $25 billion industrial rezoning; Huntley Page is the 500-acre Page sale.
The public map lists one operating map record covering Phoenix I through VII. Reported campus capacity is 280 MW.
