Overview

CloudHQ LC2 is an operating Ashburn data center within the company’s large LC campus on Loudoun County Parkway. CloudHQ describes the site as a fourteen-building campus designed for more than 1.7 GW of customer critical IT load, with multiple customers able to take dedicated groups of buildings. The operator’s campus page lists 756 MW of available critical IT load and 1,256 MW of total critical IT load across the broader development, while identifying its direct connection to Loudoun County Parkway and the dense Ashburn fiber market. Data Center Dynamics reported that LC1A and LC2 were the two turnkey Ashburn facilities included in CloudHQ’s first asset-backed securities financing. Citing the financing materials, DCD put the pair at a combined 160 MW across 403,410 square feet of raised-floor space and said both buildings were leased to an investment-grade hyperscale tenant. That financing account gives LC2 a specific operating role inside the much larger multi-building plan. The public map lists CloudHQ LC2 as one operating building at 93 MW. Its building table retains that map figure and the mapped coordinates rather than substituting the broader campus or paired-building capacity from company and financing materials. Within this afternoon group, Digital Realty IAD42 is another operating Loudoun County hall in the same Ashburn market.

The public map lists one map record, CloudHQ LC2, 93 MW, operating. Reported campus capacity is 93 MW.
