Loudoun Now reported the Planning Commission rejecting Active Infrastructure’s Spring Valley Technology Park along Evergreen Mills Road, a roughly 3 million-square-foot data-center campus. Data Center Dynamics covered the same rejection alongside Loudoun County discussion of a moratorium on new data-center applications, citing about 3.25 million square feet. Loudoun Now’s earlier story described Active Infrastructure’s rezoning for data-center buildings on the Spring Valley site. The public map still lists Spring Valley Technology Park as a planned 780 MW pin.
