Overview

Aligned Data Centers’ IAD-03 is the company’s Sterling, Virginia, hall at 22715 Relocation Drive, listed on Aligned’s Northern Virginia page with IAD-01 and IAD-02. Aligned describes a 26-acre campus setting, Tier III design, slab-on-grade and structured steel, 24x7 access, a 100 percent uptime SLA, Delta³ air cooling, closed-loop chilled water, and secondary loops for liquid cooling on dense GPU racks. The Virginia page also lists 3 MW backup generators, 2 MW UPS line-ups, N+1 topology, 500 kVA PDUs, 415 V dual distribution, near-zero water use from the closed loop, and a stack of SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITECH, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001 certifications. Aligned IAD01 and Aligned IAD02 sit on Uunet Drive in Ashburn, the first two halls of Aligned’s Ashburn campus. IAD-03 is the Sterling Relocation Drive pin, not the Uunet Drive pair. Aligned markets the Virginia halls for AI, HPC, and cloud loads with mixed-density support. IAD-03 is the Sterling Relocation Drive pin at 143.1 MW operating, not the two Uunet Drive Ashburn halls. Aligned groups IAD-03 with IAD-01 and IAD-02 on the same Northern Virginia product page, with closed-loop chilled water aimed at high-density GPU deployments in Sterling rather than on Uunet Drive.

The public map lists one map record, Aligned IAD03, 143.1 MW, operating. Reported campus capacity is 143.1 MW.
