Corscale Kincora VA2 Data Center | Sterling, VA

Corscale is planning a second Virginia campus in the Kincora area of Sterling in Loudoun County. Data Center Dynamics, covering Corscale’s Gainesville Crossing topping-out, said the company is planning a Loudoun site on about 22 acres for a single 500,000-square-foot building with eight data halls across three stories. DCD described Corscale as a Patrinely and Affinius Capital affiliate and said the company is also planning a 140 MW campus in Iver, in the United Kingdom. datacenter.fyi lists CORSCALE VA2 Building 1 as a proposed Loudoun facility at 45695 Russell Branch Parkway on Dominion Energy, with about 460,000 square feet. The same record lists Corscale as developer, operator, and owner, with a new-construction permit. DCD placed that second Virginia site on Corscale’s timeline after the Gainesville Crossing debut campus and said other Corscale projects are planned in California and outside London. Kincora is a mixed-use district in eastern Loudoun along Route 28 and the Dulles Toll Road. Russell Branch Parkway runs through that Sterling grid toward Ashburn.
