Google Mango Farm Data Center | Bristow, VA

Google’s Prince William County campus in Bristow is the company’s third self-built Virginia data-center site. Data Center Dynamics reported that Google launched its first self-built Virginia facilities in 2019, a Loudoun campus in 2021, and a third facility in Prince William County in 2023, and that a 2025 $9 billion Virginia program includes expansion of existing Loudoun and Prince William campuses. DCD said that program runs through the end of 2026 and also funds a new Chesterfield County campus, and that Google launched a Northern Virginia cloud region in 2017. The Prince William Times, covering a neighboring Bristow Industrial Park sale, identified Mango Farms as the 283-acre Google data-center campus in Bristow beside Jiffy Lube Live. A later DCD story on Project Peanut again placed Google’s third Virginia facility in Prince William County in 2023 and noted a Google-linked Sharpless Enterprises campus also approved in Bristow. Bristow sits in western Prince William County on Wellington Road and Rollins Ford Road toward Gainesville. The mapped building is on that Bristow industrial bench in the county’s data-center opportunity overlay. The Prince William Times identified Mango Farms as Google’s 283-acre Bristow campus beside Jiffy Lube Live, the company’s third self-built Virginia site after Loudoun.
