STACK NVA02F Data Center | Manassas, VA

STACK Infrastructure’s NVA02 campus in Manassas, Prince William County, is a 200-acre hyperscale park with 420 MW of critical capacity across ten buildings, served by two dedicated 300 MW on-site substations from Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative. STACK’s NVA02 page states that combination of campus size and NOVEC substations. Data Center Dynamics reported STACK affiliates buying 30.8 acres at 9530 Hornbaker Road and nearly 32 acres at 9650 Hornbaker Road from the Peterson Companies in 2022 for about $50 million, expanding a campus first announced with Peterson in 2020. Peterson served as the project’s developer. The 2020 announcement described a first phase of 25 acres with 700,000 square feet and 72 MW of critical capacity. STACK later bought an additional 25 acres in May 2021 and announced a 36 MW phase-two expansion. Data Center Map lists NVA02F at 9650 Hornbaker Road among the Hornbaker Road building cluster with NVA02A through NVA02I. Hornbaker Road runs through the southern Manassas industrial belt west of Route 28. The mapped pin sits with CloudHQ MCC buildings in the same Prince William overlay. Linton Hall Road bounds the western campus edge toward Bristow.
