Overview

CloudHQ’s LC Campus page places the campus in Ashburn on Loudoun County Parkway, with planned customer critical IT load of more than 1.7 GW across fourteen data centers, 756 MW available and 1,256 MW total critical IT load on the marketing sheet, and LC3 and LC4 under construction. CloudHQ says customers can assemble a campus-within-a-campus of multiple halls and that the park sits in the densest fiber concentration in the market, with ready-for-service advertised within 20 months. Data Center Dynamics reported CloudHQ seeking about $1.4 billion in ABS funding backed by Virginia facilities including operating LC1A, with LC3 and LC4 then under construction. The public map clusters ten CloudHQ-named Loudoun buildings on this directory pin: operating LC1A and LC1B at 189 MW each, planned LC4 at 252 MW, and planned LC8 through LC14 at 151.2 MW each. Aligned IAD02 and Aligned IAD03 are nearby Aligned halls, not CloudHQ buildings. Greenlin Park is JK Land Holdings’ Leesburg-south approval, a separate Loudoun campus from this LC Parkway stack. CloudHQ’s campus page lists 8.5 million square feet of marketing area and ready-for-service within 20 months. The directory pin groups the ten named LC halls that appear on the public map, including operating LC1A and LC1B and planned LC4 plus LC8–LC14.

The public map lists 10 map records. Reported campus capacity is 1,688.4 MW. Mix: 2 operating, 8 planned.
