Overview

Data Center Dynamics reported Loudoun County Board approval of JK Land Holdings’ Greenlin Park data center south of Leesburg. Loudoun Now covered the February 2025 approval and 300 MW power-demand terms. JK Land Holdings lists Greenlin Park among its strategic developments. CloudHQ Loudoun is the multi-building LC campus on Loudoun County Parkway in Ashburn, not this Leesburg-south JK Land pin. Menlo Digital Sterling is the Pacific Boulevard conversion campus. Spring Valley Technology Park is Active Infrastructure’s Evergreen Mills Road case. Greenlin Park is the 300 MW Leesburg-area approval, not the Ashburn LC stack and not the Evergreen Mills Spring Valley filing. Loudoun Now said the February 2025 board action set 300 MW demand terms for the JK Land campus south of Leesburg. JK Land Holdings publishes Greenlin Park on its strategic-development roster as a Loudoun project distinct from CloudHQ’s LC Parkway halls. DCD identified the applicant as JK Land Holdings and the location as Leesburg. Loudoun Now’s February 2025 report is the 300 MW board approval south of town, the same 300 MW the public map assigns to a single planned Greenlin Park building. Leesburg is the city on this directory pin; Ashburn’s LC campus and Sterling’s Menlo and Aligned IAD03 halls are other Loudoun pages.

The public map lists one map record, Greenlin Park data center, 300 MW, planned. Reported campus capacity is 300 MW.
