Overview

Google’s Texas locations page announced in November 2025 a $40 billion investment through 2027 for new cloud and AI infrastructure, including new data center campuses in Armstrong and Haskell Counties. Google’s Haskell County page says construction in the county began in November 2025 with groundbreaking and local vendor outreach. Data Center Dynamics reported that besides the Housebound Group Journey filings at 1362 Red Creek Road in northern Haskell County, a second Google-linked campus called Thelma is under development in southern Haskell County and has progressed further. DCD said a wastewater application for Thelma suggests five buildings, with a first hall of 280,000 square feet and a second of 350,000 square feet. A third Haskell campus linked to Google received a tax abatement in April 2026 and is being developed by Ascendant Site Solutions LLC. Google Haskell North is the Journey / Red Creek Road campus in the same county. This page is the southern Haskell map pin, four planned buildings on the public map, not the northern Journey filings. Google’s Texas page groups Haskell with Armstrong among the November 2025 new-campus counties in the $40 billion through-2027 investment, separate from the operating Ellis County halls. DCD’s Thelma wastewater and hall-size figures describe the southern campus Google-linked filings, while Journey 1A and 2A at 1362 Red Creek Road are the northern Housebound Group pair mapped as Google Haskell North.

The public map lists 4 map records. Reported campus capacity is 280 MW. All 4 buildings are planned.
