Cipher Odessa Data Center | Ector County, TX

Cipher Digital’s infrastructure page lists Odessa as an operating 207 MW site with about 11.6 EH/s of operating hashrate. Cipher’s Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025 calls the Odessa Facility a wholly owned 207 MW data center on about 52 acres next to a natural-gas power plant. Bitcoin mining began in November 2022 and the build-out finished in September 2023. Power is supplied by Luminant ET Services Company LLC under a power purchase agreement through at least July 2027. Cipher’s 4 August 2026 business update repeats Odessa as energized at 207 gross MW on that fixed-price Luminant PPA, says the site mined about 346 bitcoin in the second quarter of 2026, and says Cipher is in HPC lease discussions with multiple potential tenants while Odessa continues as operating bitcoin-mining capacity.
