Overview

Cipher Digital’s 4 August 2026 business update lists Mikeska at 500 MW of gross capacity with a 2028 target energization, subject to ERCOT’s batch process. Cipher said all necessary deposits are funded, land is secured, and requisite studies and an executed FEA were submitted to ERCOT on time, with the site expected to be included in Batch Zero. Cipher’s infrastructure page lists Mikeska at 500 MW with an estimated 2028–29 energization. Baxtel catalogs Cipher Digital data centers as a company set that includes the Texas pipeline. Cipher McLennan is a separate 500 MW, 2028-class McLennan County pin on the same update; Colchis is the 1,000 MW Tom Green record. Mikeska is the McCulloch County pipeline campus, not the operating Odessa hall and not Reveille’s 70 MW Cotulla interconnection. Cipher describes itself as a vertically integrated developer origination through operations for hyperscale HPC. The Q2 2026 exhibit puts Mikeska next to McLennan on the 2028 Batch Zero slide: 500 MW gross, deposits funded, land secured, studies and FEA submitted. Cipher’s public infrastructure table uses 2028–29 estimated energization for the same 500 MW. Baxtel’s Cipher Digital index is a third-party catalog of that pipeline, not a second capacity figure.
