EdgeConneX ATL13 is the third planned hall of the Union City hyperscale campus on Stonewall Tell Road in Fulton County, Georgia. Data Center Dynamics reported the 324 MW EdgeConneX and TA Realty joint development as a build-out in a key Atlanta sub-market, with first-phase operation targeted for 2026 after a $318.5 million land close. EdgeConneX already operates ATL01 at 2.1 MW and ATL02 at up to 9 MW on Donnelly Avenue; the Union City campus is the company’s hyperscale follow-on.
