EdgeConneX ATL11 is the first hall of a hyperscale campus at 4810 Stonewall Tell Road in Union City, Fulton County, Georgia, developed with TA Realty. Data Center Dynamics reported a July 2024 joint 324 MW campus, construction later that year, first phase operational in 2026, and an EdgeConneX affiliate buying nearly 63 acres on Stonewall Tell Road north of South Fulton Parkway for $318.5 million, about $5 million an acre. EdgeConneX’s Atlanta data sheet lists ATL11 through ATL13 at that Union City address with 202 MW N+1 once complete, separate from the company’s older ATL01 and ATL02 halls on Donnelly Avenue. datacenterHawk puts ATL12 at the same 4810 Stonewall Tell Road address as a 700,500-square-foot purpose-built hall with more than 67 MW of critical power planned and Georgia Power as the utility. Union City Development Authority bond-validation notices name EdgeConneX ATL11, LLC and EdgeConneX Atlanta 11 Operations, LLC as the real-estate and equipment lessees for a hyperscale campus financed at up to $600 million.
