Overview

Creekstone Energy markets the Delta Gigasite in Millard County as a flagship AI infrastructure campus near Delta, with land secured, permits issued, and construction underway. Creekstone’s project page lists 1,143 acres owned in fee across 10 contiguous parcels, heavy-industrial zoning approved 5 June 2025, a C-2 conditional-use permit approved 1 July 2025 for data center and electrical generation, a September 2025 gas interconnect for 43,000 Dth/day of initial capacity, a SITLA solar lease it calls the largest in Utah history, and Torus load-smoothing equipment installed 29 December 2025. Creekstone lists Phase 1 at 220 MW, dry cooling, about 4,600 feet of elevation, and a full-build electrical capacity above 10 GW behind the meter, with more than 20 fiber routes and named on-net carriers including Lumen, AT&T, Cogent, Hurricane Electric, Level 3, and Zayo. The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity reported a Creekstone Energy commitment of $17 billion tied to the Millard County data-center project. Millard County published zoning-map amendment notice Z-2025-030 for the site area. Kern River describes a Delta Lateral gas project serving the same Delta corridor. High Performance Compute Data Center Campus is Millard County’s other mapped pin, the Joule Caterpillar campus, not this Creekstone Delta Gigasite.
