Overview

Cielo Digital Infrastructure proposed a hyperscale data-center site in Minooka, Illinois. Data Center Watch’s proposal snapshot is the public source for that listing. It names Minooka, Grundy County, Illinois as the location, reports 500 MW, classifies the project as hyperscale in the 100 to 999 MW band, and records a 159-acre site. The stage on that snapshot is proposed, grouped with utility and power proposals. The retrieved page is Data Center Watch’s Fractracker Illinois proposal for Cielo Digital Infrastructure.

The Cielo Minooka campus remains planned. The 159-acre figure is the land area on the snapshot; the 500 MW figure is the reported power scale for the same proposal. Those two measures describe one Minooka site: acres for the land, megawatts for the published power band. Powered Lands maps the proposal as a single planned building at 500 MW, matching that Data Center Watch scale.

Tract Morris is the other planned Grundy County data-center listing in the directory, reported at 1,000 MW. It is a separate campus from the Cielo Minooka proposal. Grundy County therefore has two planned Illinois pins: the 500 MW, 159-acre Minooka Cielo site and the Morris campus.

The public map lists one map record, Cielo Minooka Data Center, 500 MW, planned. Reported campus capacity is 500 MW.
