DC BLOX is building an Atlanta West hyperscale campus in Douglas County, Georgia, at 1701 North River Road in Lithia Springs. The company’s campus page places the site on about 100 acres next to Microsoft’s 300-acre facility and about 2.5 miles from Google, with Greystone Power Cooperative as the utility. DC BLOX’s Atlanta roster lists a western Douglas County campus and an eastern Rockdale County campus as the company’s two Atlanta sites. Data Center Dynamics reported an August 2025 close of $1.15 billion in green-loan financing for a 120 MW data center and campus expansion supporting an additional 80 MW as early as 2027. DCD said Atlanta West was announced in November 2023 as 80 MW Building A and 40 MW Building B plus a substation, then grew to a third 80 MW hall totaling some 1.25 million square feet on 100 acres. ING Capital LLC served as structuring and administrative agent on the green loan.
