PowerHouse Data Centers lists PowerHouse Reno as a 49-acre campus with up to three two-story buildings, 900,000 square feet of developable space, 200 MW of power, and delivery in April 2026. American Real Estate Partners, which founded PowerHouse in 2022, describes the same 49-acre site as a three-building, 900,000-square-foot powered-shell data-center campus providing 200 MW scheduled to be in place by April 2026, addressed at Interstate 80 and Route 439 in Reno, Nevada. Data Center Dynamics reported that PowerHouse broke ground on a data center outside Reno, citing the Reno Gazette Journal on a Monday groundbreaking for a campus of three two-story powered-shell buildings totaling 900,000 square feet. DCD dated that groundbreaking coverage October 3, 2024, said the first building was expected by the third quarter of 2025, and said the campus was scheduled to finish construction in 2028. DCD also said PowerHouse had 30 data centers in planning or underway representing more than 2.3 GW across Virginia, Texas, Nevada, and North Carolina, and had partnered with Chirisa and Blue Owl on GPU-cloud campuses.
